I'mmmm baaaahhhhck...

hello everyone. i am back and badder than ever...i have been away from instant internet access for about a month. boy, do i go through withdrawl of the mere convenience. i mean, dial a phone number, and push bottons for my exact bank account balance, and transactions...or just type a few simple letters, and BOOM...walahh. my friends and i got into a conversation tonight about the way society is getting further and further from natural instinct, because of the amount of technology at hand. therefore, humans are getting to feel more and more invinsible instead of looking to the obvious warnings of nature.
this stemmed from a story my friend, who is a high school student teacher, told us about her students that can't believe she doesn't have cable tv. she said they don't even understand that is a luxury, and distraction at the same time...maybe it was the margarita talking, but there is definitely truth to that.
