Tower Two

I am going to make it to the top of Tower Two this weekend. It is a six pitch jaunt (you have to bring the rope up six times) which will bring us a few hundred feet above the ground! This will be my first time following up a traditional route. I won't explain details-ignorance is bliss and I love my Mom too much to scare the hell out of here! It is supposed to be 70 degrees and beautiful...I am going with an uber safe climber and will promise precise safety!!

I am soooo excited.

Here is a closer look at the coffee table. It has four removable parts on the top: 2 microfiber cushions/footrests and two trays. You can put the two cushions on the same side as the couch and throw your feet up, or put the two trays by the couch for your food/drinks. If I wanted a plain old coffee table I could tuck all four pieces on the shelf below!! How great is this piece???!!!

Home Sweet Home

Here are a few shots of my humble abode. It has been a long time since I looked forward to just being "home" after my day of work! Thanks to my Mom's Christmas presents, I have big girl deco, as well as a tree theme throughout. Below is a couch that my landlord sold to me out of pitty. For six weeks this was my lone piece of furniture! ...presenting.....
