Tower Two
I am going to make it to the top of Tower Two this weekend. It is a six pitch jaunt (you have to bring the rope up six times) which will bring us a few hundred feet above the ground! This will be my first time following up a traditional route. I won't explain details-ignorance is bliss and I love my Mom too much to scare the hell out of here! It is supposed to be 70 degrees and beautiful...I am going with an uber safe climber and will promise precise safety!!
I am soooo excited.

Hmm...Well, coincidentally I'm watching Lord of The Rings: Two Towers tonight for the first time. First time EVER I might add!! It's probably scary too. Like nightmares for WEEKS scary. Probably so scary that even mountain climbers would say, "this is just about the scariest thing I've ever experienced!" Ooooorrr my life is just boring and I watch LOTR for a thrill!!
Looks like fun. Can't wait to see real pics.

I don't know, Mom. I think that it came from the Grand Tetons, if you know what I mean!! I ended up doing a shorter wall and had a great time. Just know that safety is always my biggest priority when I am climbing. I really do approach climbing with caution and fear. Most people start out doing the kind of climbing I did this weekend...it took me 4 years to trust myself and someone else in this situation. But, let's face it- I am an adrenaline junky at heart!
