Make memories NOT war...ahahhahaa!

Currently, I have been spendnig lots of time in various libraries in the Tri-State area...ok, I am sarcastic-only in Greeley, Fort Collins, and Denver. Anyway, just two weeks ago I was reminising about the Siouxland Library...and whata wonderful thing Dad did for us as children, by taking us there. I started to flash back to reading and playing on the bright primary colored carpet in the kids section, standing in the tall window sills, gauking and harassing the birds in the aviary, and picking out piles of books to take home . Dad spent hours there with us...by the way I am not sure what he do there anyway??? Does he ever goes back now a days??? I remember him finding his name in a book as a casualty of the Rapid City flood! It is a fun and cheap activity to do with your child. All of you Mommy's and Daddy's should remember to give your child the simplistic opportunity of library access...

You are older than dirt and they may have remodeled since you were a wee child and going to library. He also took you to the park in the dead of winter also and went to the grocery store to get you popsicles that you ate before bed winter and summer. He also took you girls to used book stores and let you spend tons of time...I am glad to see you still have the love a good library!!

Beck, I remember putting on those big ol' headphones and sitting at the computers playing Orgeon Trail and Where in the World is Carmen San Diego? We did spend A LOT of time there! I'm so glad I didn't have to stay and be one of the "snot nose kids" while you were at the library.
